Shipping Information
All orders to
individuals can be pre-paid by credit card, or shipped
COD for either cash or certified check.
All orders to
jobber or warehouse distributor accounts will be sent COD
for cash or a certified check unless other arrangements
have been made with COMP Cams®.
Damaged Merchandise
All shipments are
fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the
freight carriers. Do not return damaged merchandise to
COMP Cams® unless
prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us at

Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may be
returned only if prior approval has been granted by COMP Cams®. All merchandise returned for
credit must be in perfect unused condition and will be
inspected at time of receipt. It must be returned prepaid
and insured and may be subject to a handling charge.
Credit to warehouses will be issued at the lowest
purchase price within the last twelve months.
Pricing Information
All prices are subject
to change without notice. Price lists are available from
COMP Cams®.
Limited Warranty
COMP Cams® warrants that all of the products
are free from defects in material and workmanship, and
against excessive wear for a period of twelve months from
date of purchase. This limtied warranty shall apply for a
period of one year from the date of purchase and shall
cover only the original purchaser. This warranty is valid
on camshafts only where new lifters and proper valve
springs are used, such as those found in COMP Cams® Kits.
COMP Cams® obligation under this warranty is
limited to the repair of replacement of the product. To
make a warrantly claim, call 800-999-0853 for a Return
Authorization Number and return the item with freight
prepaid and insured within the one year period of
purchase to:

Items covered under warranty will be returned to you
freight collect.
There is
absolutely no warranty on the following:
A) Any part used in racing applications
B) Any product that has been physically altered or
improperly installed/maintaned
C) Any product used in an improper application, abused,
or not used in conjuction with the proper parts
There are no
implied warranties of merchantiblity or fitness for a
perticular purpose. There are no warranties which extend
beond the description on the face hereof. COMP Cams®, Inc.
will not be responsible for incidental and consequential
damages, property damage, or personal injury/damage to
the extent permitted by law.
There is no implied warranties of merchantability or

do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty
lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
consequential damages, so those limitations and
exclusions may not apply to all customers.
This limited
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
Warranty Returns
All merchandise
reuturned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair,
regrind, etc... must be sent prepaid and insured.
Included must be the sender's name, address, daytime
phone number, and an esplanation of the problem or the
work to be done. All merchandise returned for warranty
must be accompanied be a written Return Authorization
Number from COMP Cams® 800-999-0853.
Other
Our catalog and
website have been compiled to the best or our ability. We
assome no liability for errors contained herein. It is
the responsibility of the user/installer to ensure that
the components are correct before installation. COMP Cams® reserves the right to make
necassary changes in products it manufactures and markets
at any time to meet demand or improve product performance.
