High Energy™ Hydraulic Roller Lifters Chevrolet 4.3L V6. A retro-fit lifter for 1985-86 model blocks originally equipped with a standard hydraulic cam.
These lifters are for use with the newly designed hydraulic roller cam series from COMP Cams® or as a performance replacement for stock hydraulic roller lifters. You must be certain that the lifter is correct for the type of block used.
