Edelbrock Part # 2114 Performer Vortec V6 intake manifold is based on the powerful Edelbrock #2111, this dual-plane intake is designed for the engine swap market utilizing 1985 and later Chevy 200-229-262 c.i.d. (3.8L and 4.3L) V6 engines with Vortec heads. With this manifold, rodders can take advantage of the higher flow available with the Vortec head design. This Performer Vortec intake manifold has provisions for external water bypass and may be used on either Vortec blocks or 1995 and earlier blocks. Designed for use with Edelbrock Thunder Series AVS or Performer Series 500 cfm carbs, it accepts late model water neck, alternator, HEI and air conditioning.

  • Recommended intake gasket: GM 89017866
  • Manifold height: A-3.50", B-4.18"
  • Carb pad height: 3.84"
  • Carb recommendations: Edelbrock AVS2 Series or Performer Series 500cfm
  • Port exit dimensions: port exit is 2.05" tall with slanted side walls
  • Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant # 1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.
  • Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.
